Aqualand is reimagining the 168 Walker Street, North Sydney site. The 1970s office building will be transformed into an architecturally designed mixed-use development comprising residential and retail / commercial offerings that will be thoughtfully integrated with the surrounding neighbourhood. With the launch of the project in December 2021, ‘AURA’ will contribute significantly to the renewal of the northern edge of the North Sydney CBD.
